We grew up on this food. Borscht on cold days, schnitzel on weekends, fresh bread with everything. Bites of Europe is our way of sharing those flavors with Las Vegas.
Our menu changes with the seasons, and we offer tasting menus and beer and wine pairings for the full experience. Whether it's a multi-course dinner or just a bratwurst and a cold beer, we're happy to have you.
Traditional Borscht. Slow-cooked beets in a hearty broth, served in a clay pot with sour cream and fresh dill.
Our specials change every week. Sometimes it's goulash, sometimes stuffed cabbage, sometimes something you might be trying for the first time. That's part of what makes it fun.
We'd recommend pairing it with a glass of wine. It really brings the whole dish together.
